We’re working with a privately owned, well‑funded real estate investor entering a major growth phase. This newly created position offers broad, hands‑on responsibility across asset management, refurbishments and value‑add deal execution.

The opportunity includes:

  • Working directly with the Directors in a lean, entrepreneurial team with swift execution and a strong pipeline.
  • Managing a growing portfolio of industrial and office assets, lease events, tenant management, negotiations and value‑add strategies.
  • Overseeing refurbishment and repositioning projects (non‑ground‑up), managing consultants and contractors and ensuring quick, high‑quality delivery.
  • Supporting acquisitions: underwriting, modelling, inspections, and full technical/commercial due diligence.
  • Increasing market‑facing responsibility, sourcing opportunities, building broker relationships and representing the business across the Midlands.
  • Genuine ownership from day one, with exposure to how deals are originated, executed and managed in a small, agile environment.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Commercial real estate experience, asset management, development management, investment or generalist backgrounds welcome.
  • Strong analytical capability: able to run appraisals, assess risk and think commercially.
  • Proactive, diligent approach, someone who is comfortable in a fast‑paced, accountable culture.
  • Confidence with consultants, agents, tenants and stakeholders; able to operate independently.
