An Analyst role within a vertically integrated real estate and operating platform in the UK living sector. The position sits at the centre of the business, supporting senior leadership across investment analysis, capital markets, investor relations, and strategic transactions. Their AUM is approximately £3 billion. Our client is an award-winning investor developer with a high caliber team. This role is fantastic as it will allow you to have a touch point into all areas of the business. While this business is large in AUM you will be part of a tight knit team that is dynamic in their thought.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis, investment recommendations, and business cases for existing and new investments
- Maintaining and overseeing financial models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance and asset management teams
- Supporting new investment products, capital raises, and debt processes, including modelling and due diligence
- Preparing investor reporting and assisting with presentations to current and prospective investors
- Acting as a central point of coordination between investment, finance, development, operations, and transactions teams
Role characteristics
- Broad exposure across investment, development, operations, and finance
- Close interaction with senior management and executive leadership
- Emphasis on institutional-quality analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Confident at building models from scratch
Candidate profile
- Strong financial modelling skills, able to build robust models independently

Remuneration
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
