Job Opportunity: KS2 Primary Teacher – Carlisle

Hours: Part-Time - 3.5 days

Hannett Hale is recruiting on behalf of a charming and well regarded rural primary school in the outskirts of Carlisle. We seek an experienced and confident KS2 Teacher to support a small group of Year 6 pupils with SATS preparation. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm, supportive school community set in a stunning countryside location.

About the Role

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons for a mixed age KS2 class
  • Confidently differentiating learning to meet the needs of multiple year groups
  • Supporting Year 6 pupils in preparation for SATs — previous Year 6/SATs experience is essential
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with the wider staff team to ensure continuity and progress

This is a part-time role starting ASAP until July, with the potential for further opportunities.
