We’re looking for a full-time property manager to support our well-established lettings team. This role offers the chance to take ownership, solve problems, and make a genuine difference to landlords and tenants each day.
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants once a tenancy has commenced. This fast‑paced role involves liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, arranging maintenance and repair works, ensuring properties remain legally compliant and handling tenancy matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works
- Liaise with contractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Handle tenant enquiries, maintenance issues and tenancy‑related matters
- Manage tenancy renewals, terminations and deposit negotiations
- Monitor rent arrears and support appropriate action where required
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records, certificates and tenancy documentation
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants
