On behalf of our client, a London based strategic consultancy specialising in the B2B/Tech space, we are on the lookout for an organised and Excel superstar Qualitative Operations Manager. - Field Management
- Participant recruitment
- Attending both client briefings and internal team briefings
- Screener design
- Creation and management of all project documents, profile sheets, quota sheets, fieldwork schedules
- Continuous monitoring of fieldwork progress, providing regular client updates
- Budget management
- Workflow tracking and process optimisation, excellent Excel skills are a must
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Office management and admin
The successful candidate will have a can-do approach, taking pride in creating the best outcomes possible from their work. Balancing sometimes conflicting priorities, with the ability to compartmentalise and manage several tasks simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail.
