Our client is a boutique London-based, market research fieldwork agency with UK and international clients, providing high-level mainly qualitative (80%) fieldwork services. They are growing and are now looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in multi-market studies.
The role
- Oversee and manage the projects assigned to you, from commissioning to delivery while taking a hands-on approach throughout the process.
- Review project details upon sale, assess screeners for potential issues, and ensure all necessary suppliers are identified.
- Oversee the progress of projects for key and strategic accounts, proactively identifying challenges, providing solutions and escalating issues to Directors.
- Manage the partners, vendors and external suppliers to ensure that costs remain within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates to relevant teams.
About you
- Proven fieldwork experience managing UK and international Qualitative Projects.
- A good understanding of feasibility and bidding processes.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strong time management.
- The ability to adapt to different industries, projects, and research methodologies.
- A positive, driven, and agile mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute effectively.
