Are you an experienced Insight Manager or Senior Research Executive ready for your next challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking insights consultancy, is looking for a confident, client-facing Insight Manager to join their team. You’ll manage complex research projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee junior team members, delivering high-quality, commercially-focused insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, budgets, and quality outputs.
- Act as key client contact, building trust and identifying account growth opportunities.
- Lead project teams and line manage junior staff, providing coaching and guidance.
- Oversee research inputs, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.
- Manage project financials, proposals, and commercial processes.
- Contribute to innovation, solutions, and process improvements within the team.
- Experienced in agency-side quantitative or mixed-method research.
- Confident, client-facing, and calm under pressure.
- Hands-on project leader, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience line managing junior staff.
