Salary: £45–55k
Location: Greater London (hybrid, 1 x week in office)
Are you an experienced researcher with strong quantitative skills and professional-level German? Our client, a specialist research and technology business, is looking for an Associate Director or Senior Research Manager to support the growth of its German-speaking client base.
This is a hands‑on role combining research delivery, client management and commercial awareness. You’ll lead projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with clients while collaborating with internal teams and using technology-enabled reporting tools to support insight generation.
Key responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end quantitative research projects from design through to delivery
- Acting as the main contact for German‑speaking clients and building strong relationships
- Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Designing surveys, analysing findings and delivering clear, actionable insight
- Supporting renewals, proposals and identifying opportunities for additional work where appropriate
- Working closely with junior team members and wider teams to deliver projects efficiently
- Representing the business externally, including occasional travel within German‑speaking markets
About you
- 4+ years of quantitative research experience, ideally within customer or experience research
- Fluent German speaker with professional English language skills
- Comfortable presenting findings and managing client relationships
- Commercially minded, organised and able to work independently
- Qualitative or mixed‑methods exposure would be helpful but is not essential
