Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of private client law
- Develop and implement bespoke estate planning, tax planning, and wealth management strategies
- Grow our existing client base ensuring exceptional client service
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Stay abreast of legal developments and trends, ensuring the firm’s offerings remain cutting-edge
- Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including networking and client acquisition strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Have a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and complex legal matters
- Demonstrate strong expertise in estate planning, tax planning, wealth management, and succession planning
- Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
- Be a strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and business development acumen
- Have high ethical standards and professional integrity
- Be STEP qualified
Benefits
