About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to spearhead brand visibility, client acquisition, and retention strategies to support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Evolution: Develop and execute brand and growth strategies in partnership with commercial leadership, aligning marketing efforts with key business objectives and commercial milestones. Lead brand awareness initiatives across multiple cities, manage partnerships and campaigns, and oversee marketing budgets to ensure performance aligns with growth targets.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive lead generation through integrated media planning and targeted campaigns, collaborating closely with sales to optimise conversion and support new building launches. Own performance tracking and ROI optimisation across channels, including leading technical SEO and shaping content strategy to enhance organic visibility.
  • Indirect channels & Partnerships: Oversee and grow lead generation across direct and indirect channels, including strategy development with brokers and agents to boost market visibility. Drive and expand brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maximising value from existing and new accounts.
  • Customer Insights & Competitor Understanding: Champion customer and market insights to inform product development, campaigns, and strategy, working closely with data teams to leverage research and feedback.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Drive customer retention and revenue growth by enhancing communications, launching loyalty and referral initiatives, and evolving the brand and product offering.
  • Events: Lead a strategic events programme to support growth, customer retention, and revenue generation, while enhancing engagement across prospects, partners, and members.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive marketing and digital leadership experience at Director level, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and collaborate with technical teams on digital products.
  • Strong expertise in customer data, engagement strategies (both online and offline), lead generation, media planning, marketing effectiveness, and SEO.
  • Experience managing creative functions (in-house or agency) and a solid understanding and affinity for brand development and positioning.
  • A marketing degree is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong practical experience.
  • Flexible and agile, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external agencies.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
