The Role
We’relooking for a CasualSales Assistant to join our Tower Junction team. In thisrole, you’ll:
- Helpcustomers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcomingexperience every day.
- Maintainstore standards, keeping displays tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Supportoperational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment,and daily store duties.
- Contributeto team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues.

WhatYou’ll Deliver in This Role
- Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver our "Every Day Great Experience" (EDGE) by engagingcustomers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personaland team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience.
- Store Presentation & Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store.Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions areexecuted accurately.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handlingprocedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties asrequired.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, andteam members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable teamculture.
