We’re looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Eastgate team. In this role, you’ll:
- Help customers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcoming experience each day.
- Maintain store standards, keeping displays tidy, well‑stocked, and visually appealing.
- Support operational tasks including point‑of‑sale transactions, stock replenishment, and daily store duties.
- Contribute to team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues.

What You’ll Deliver in This Role:
- Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engaging customers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience.
- Store Presentation & Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑presented store. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are executed accurately.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash‑handling procedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties as required.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
