Location: Hannah Foods Service, Skelmersdale (Custom-Built Distribution Centre)

Hybrid Working (there will be a requirement to attend the office at Hannah Foods, Skelmersdale as and when necessary)

Salary: £35,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning starts between 6:00am – 8:00am, flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business

Contracted Hours: 44.25 paid hours/week (plus 45-minute unpaid break per day)

This is an exciting opportunity to help expand our customer base, targeting and converting new business leads, with a particular focus on end‑users.

About the Role

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer portfolio.
  • Negotiating and securing sales with both new and existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Developing and implementing strategic growth plans to attract new business.
  • Tracking and reporting weekly sales performance to Senior Management.
  • Monitoring and maintaining healthy profit margins across your accounts.
  • Ensuring weekly planners and reports are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring the company sales brief is consistently followed.

  • Full UK driving licence (clean licence desirable).
  • Experience in a field sales environment.
  • A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Previous experience within the food service sector.
