We’re hiring: Principal Acoustic Consultant – Manchester
Hann Tucker is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Principal Acoustic Consultant to join our Manchester office.
This is an opportunity to take a senior role in the delivery of landmark schemes across a wide range of sectors, while joining a collaborative and highly respected independent consultancy. We are also currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, reflecting our commitment to supporting a healthy work-life balance.
With more than 50 years’ history, Hann Tucker is one of the UK’s leading independent acoustic consultancies. We work with some of the country’s most respected architects, developers and design teams on major, high-profile projects across the built environment.
The role will include work across sectors such as:
- High-rise residential, hotels and mixed-use developments
- Research and laboratory facilities
- Broadcast and recording studios
- Conference, performance and entertainment venues.
We are looking for someone with strong technical ability, sound project delivery experience and the confidence to work closely with clients and design teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 7 years’ professional experience in architectural acoustics
- Strong technical knowledge and project management capability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic and commercially aware approach
- A genuine interest in contributing to the growth of a respected consultancy.
