About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive, high-energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitment and training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the restaurant. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a visible impact. This role is based in one of our dine-in restaurants.
