Key Responsibilities

  • Structuring Processes & Streamlining Workflow: Develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure all cases follow a smooth journey from enquiry to offer to completion. Create an efficient underwriting framework to enhance deal turnaround times.
  • Supporting Brokers & Driving Deal Closures: Work alongside brokers to place deals more effectively, leveraging your expertise in credit processes. Engage with surveyors, valuers, lenders, and legal professionals to overcome roadblocks and push deals through to completion.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop the Case Manager in your team, helping them grow into a top-tier professional. Build and scale the underwriting desk and team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Managing Key Accounts & Complex Transactions: Take the lead on large and complex transactions, managing the entire deal from enquiry to completion. Directly handle high-profile clients and key accounts, ensuring successful deal execution.
  • High-Availability & Client-Centric Approach: Be part of a tight-knit, high-performance team of eight, where availability is key. Standard office hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, but availability until 9 PM.
  • Investment Materials & Future Sharia Lending Expansion: Prepare Investment Memorandums (IMs), Investor Decks, and financial processes to support HZA’s transition into lending. Play a pivotal role in establishing Sharia-compliant lending operations within the next 12 months.
