An important, busy lead operations and administration role within one of our Bristol Secondary academies. Due to the retirement of a long-standing member of staff, Hanham Woods Academy is seeking to appoint a Senior Operations Manager. Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all major academy operations and administrative activities. This is a fast-paced and reactive role, requiring someone who can ensure that robust administrative, compliance, and operational systems, processes, and procedures are in place and consistently adhered to. The role will also involve line management responsibility for administrative staff. Working collaboratively as a team, they will ensure the academy meets its operational goals, enabling teachers and education support staff to focus on delivering high-quality education to the children attending the Academy.

- Be knowledgeable in using BromCom or other bespoke Management Information system.
