Hangleton Primary School is seeking to appoint a number of enthusiastic and committed Midday supervisors to join our team.
Hours: 12:00 – 13:05 pm, everyday.
Role responsibilities:
- Supervise children during lunchtime and ensure their safety.
- Actively promote positive behaviour in the playground by ensuring areas are used properly and intervene to encourage constructive play activities.
- Address inappropriate behaviour in accordance with the behaviour policy and report significant difficulties to the line manager.
- Help to resolve conflicts among children.
- Clean up spills from floor surfaces and meal tables as needed and leave dining areas tidy.
- Attend to injured or sick children, following the school’s first aid procedures.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Previous experience of working or helping with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Conditional offer subject to an Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory probationary period, and medical clearance.
