About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive awareness and growth of HANetf’s white-label platform globally.
Working closely with Business Development, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage asset managers, hedge funds, investment boutiques, and senior decision-makers considering launching ETFs or ETCs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation and platform growth.
- Create compelling content, thought leadership, sales materials, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute webinars, events, conferences, and issuer-focused marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across the ETF ecosystem.
- Support global marketing activity across Europe, North America, and other key markets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Significant marketing experience within asset management, investment management, ETFs, or financial services.
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Experience marketing to institutional, professional, or B2B audiences.
- Proven expertise in campaigns, content marketing, events, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, commercially focused messaging.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETFs, ETCs, UCITS funds, or white-label investment platforms.
- Knowledge of the ETF ecosystem and key industry participants.
- Experience marketing to asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, or institutional investors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, Linked In campaigns, and webinar platforms.
- Experience delivering thought leadership, product launch, and event-led campaigns.
