Job Summary

• Handle home repair, maintenance, remodeling is these areas:
  • General Carpentry – Rough and Finish
  • Exterior trim replacement
  • Window and door installation
  • Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
  • Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
  • Flooring Repair and Installation
  • Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• All candidates should be confident in the following areas:
  • Great customer service and client relations
  • Knowledge of Building Codes
  • Material management
  • Deliver quotes to customers in a timely fashion.
  • Perform all work to the highest of quality.

Requirements

• Excellent experience in a variety of home trades
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass screening process which includes a background check
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\’s license
