The Role
We require care assistants to help vulnerable people to manage their daily activities and to live as independently as possible in a purpose built residential service.
Required Criteria - Essential
- Minimum of 3 years paid experience in the UK working as a care assistant
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Have the right to work in the UK and a National insurance number
- Have evidence of mandatory training certificates in date within the last 12 months (or willing to undergo training)
- Must have a clear Enhanced DBS that is registered online
- Be able to provide 2 professional care references covering 3 years
- Must have an up to date CV with no gaps
- Confident character with good energy
Required Criteria – Desirable
- Medication trained
- NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Driver
- IT literate
- Ability to work days and night shifts
- Commitment to professional development
