About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will win business from organisations and hiring managers, source candidates to match clients' specifications. The role is target-driven, for which you will be well rewarded.
Specific duties include:
- Client meetings
- Friday phone calls to discuss the week, any new shifts, any problems, and potential new business – these calls are made to new and existing clients
- Resourcing of candidates from job boards
- Vetting new candidates
- Conversion rate of candidates vetted to starting work
- Business Development
- Conversion rate of new clients using the agency
- Management of candidates and clients
- Management of shifts and booking of shifts
- New candidate CV sent to clients
