The Role
Our client based in Torbay/Torquay requires full-time and part-time support workers to help vulnerable people manage their daily activities and live as independently as possible in a purpose-built residential service.
Required Criteria - Essential
- Minimum of 3 years paid experience in the UK working as a rehabilitation support worker
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Right to work in the UK and a National Insurance number
- Evidence of mandatory training certificates in date within the last 12 months (or willing to undergo training)
- Clear Enhanced DBS that is registered online
- Ability to provide 2 professional care references covering 3 years
- Up to date CV with no gaps
- Confident character with good energy
- Medication trained
- NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Ability to work days and night shifts
- Commitment to professional development
