The Role

We require support workers to help vulnerable people manage their daily activities and live as independently as possible in a purpose-built residential service.

Required Criteria - Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years paid experience in the UK working as a rehabilitation support worker
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Have the right to work in the UK and a National Insurance number
  • Have evidence of mandatory training certificates in date within the last 12 months (or willing to undergo training)
  • Must have a clear Enhanced DBS that is registered online
  • Be able to provide 2 professional care references covering 3 years
  • Must have an up-to-date CV with no gaps
  • Confident character with good energy
  • Medication trained
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Ability to work days and night shifts
  • Commitment to professional development
