Our company, Hands-On Healthcare, is a Leeds based company supplying temporary and permanent healthcare staff throughout Yorkshire & Humberside and the Midlands. We thrive on supporting the learning and physical disabilities sector, together with mental health, dementia, respite and one to one care. This uniqueness comes from the passion of the directors, enabling positive relationships with clients and candidates while maintaining a creative and productive business.

Job Type / Category
This is a full-time post with full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting new candidates (to be able to sell the business to the candidates)
- Vet and interview candidates
- Ensure new candidates are compliant to work
- Ensure candidates are up to date regarding DBS and Training
- Book training and send off DBS
- Keep an organised routine regarding candidates’ compliance
- Organise office calendar
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Motivated and ambitious
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Target Driven – you will be set a monthly target regarding getting new candidates into the business
