Here at Hands-on Healthcare, we are always looking for new applicants to join our team of care and support workers. We work with a mixture of large organisations and small independent family-run care homes to help with staffing gaps caused by holiday, sickness, maternity leave or whilst they look for a permanent employee.

As a member of our team, you would be working within a residential or care setting, or even helping the service user(s) to attend community-based activities such as education, shopping or socialising. All our work tends to be ad hoc, which means it’s not a permanent job and it’s likely that you would work in a few places on rotation depending on what that care home needs. You will need to be available at fairly short notice and be happy to deliver all aspects of personal care such as feeding, washing and helping with the toilet.

We are an agency that is small enough to care, but big enough to support you. We have friendly booking consultants and are open 24/7. Work is available across Yorkshire, offering competitive pay rates.
