We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist at Ettington Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. In this role you’re not just welcoming guests – you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action, being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service. This is a Part‑time role, including weekends on a rota basis, 24 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel. Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
