Support the success of the team, consistently delivering exceptional service with the guest at the heart of all activities. Demonstrate outstanding Spa treatments, building confidence to provide positive recommendations to guests. About you
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment. Current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with competence in facials, massage, nail and foot treatments, including gel nail application; preferred experience with Elemis, Comfort Zone and Ishga product houses. Driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service. Excellent at building rapport, making guests feel at home, relaxed, and creating magical memories. High emotional intelligence, anticipating guest needs and delivering a Hand Picked experience. Professional, organised, friendly, and proactive in anticipating guest needs.

- Competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge and commission on retail sales.
- Temporary part-time role on a rota basis, 32 hours per week (4 days out of 7, including weekends).
