Come and join our Team... We are currently seeking an active and enthusiastic Receptionist at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. What will the role involve? As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. In this role, you’re not just welcoming guests, you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Our seasonal colleagues join us from June until mid December for this role.

Are you Hand Picked? We are looking for active and enthusiastic candidates that have a willing attitude and a welcoming and friendly nature. We work as a team to ensure our hotel operates smoothly and our guests are receiving a high-quality, personalised, and magical experience that they remember, recommend and return to time and time again. You will have previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist in a luxury four or five star hotel. You’ll bring strong computer skills, confidently navigating hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable. As you will support driving guests between our 2 hotels in Guernsey a valid driving licence is required. We want people that are passionate, showing the ability to go above and beyond naturally, that take pride in delivering consistently high standards and pay attention to all the details.
