We are currently recruiting for a Linen Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guests a luxurious stay, the hotel boasts 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation, Fawsley Hall is host to one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state-of-the-art wellness and health club facilities.
About the Role
As a Linen Porter, you will play a vital support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our housekeeping department. You’ll be responsible for the handling, movement, and organisation of linen across the hotel, helping the team deliver a seamless guest experience behind the scenes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collecting, sorting, organising, and distributing clean and used linen to the relevant areas of the hotel. You’ll ensure linen stores are well maintained, fully stocked, and that all linen procedures are followed to a high standard. Attention to detail is key – you will have an eye for perfection in making sure the public areas as well as the rooms are immaculate.

About you
To be considered for the role, you will have some housekeeping or cleaning experience and feel comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment. It is essential to have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner as our teams work together to ensure our guests receive a memorable experience. You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities. Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.

- This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 30 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
