Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. They are seeking a highly organised Legal Administrator to join their London office, providing administrative and operational support to the in-house Legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal team
- Prepare, organise and maintain legal documents, contracts and corporate records
- Manage document control, filing systems and legal databases
- Coordinate contract execution, signatures and document distribution
- Support compliance activities and maintain accurate legal records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers
- Assist with reporting, diary management and wider legal projects
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant or Paralegal role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing legal documentation and records
