This is a key Training & Development role within the company where you will be expected to assist the Global Marketing Director in delivering the UK Business Plan. This is a great opportunity for a highly driven individual to join and further their tea training career as well as help shape the retail strategy for the new luxury tea boutique in London.
Job Purpose:
- To be seen by our customers and staff as the ‘Tea Expert’ inside London.
- To be responsible for the operation of our new tea boutique.
- Your duties will include visual merchandising, stock control & product management as well as providing excellent customer service.
- Your role will also develop and implement paid for tea masterclasses for small groups.
- In addition, your duties will include providing high quality staff training on a regular basis to our luxury clients both in the boutique and at their premises.
Professional experience and profile:
- Some previous work experience within a luxury boutique setting.
- Experience in the Luxury Goods and/or Luxury Food and Beverage industries welcome.
- A passion for communication, people and delivering high quality training is a must.
