Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence and an established reputation within its sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their London office, supporting the in-house legal counsel while also assisting with HR-related administration and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the in-house legal team with commercial contracts, legal documentation, and compliance matters
  • Assist with contract reviews, document management, and maintaining legal records
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across HR and operations on employment-related administration
  • Support onboarding documentation, policy updates, and general HR compliance processes
  • Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial administration
  • Liaise with external legal advisors where required
  • Support process improvements and wider business projects across legal and HR functions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal position
  • Experience supporting an in-house legal function would be advantageous
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and legal administration processes
  • Exposure to HR administration or employment-related matters preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment
