Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their London office, working with clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, media, retail, property, professional services, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients, overseeing engagements from planning through to completion
  • Lead and develop audit teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical support
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the audit process
  • Review statutory accounts and audit files, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service
  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes and add commercial value
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm
  • Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and overall engagement management

Candidate Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice environment
  • Strong audit experience managing a broad client portfolio
  • Good knowledge of UK GAAP and audit compliance requirements
  • Experience leading teams and managing client relationships effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised
  • Experience working with clients across multiple sectors is advantageous
