Job Title: HR Operations Administrator Location : London (Hybrid) Salary : £35,000–£40,000 + Bonus Benefits Our client, a global energy group, is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to join their corporate HR team based in the City of London. This is a full-time opportunity offering a varied and hands-on role supporting the company’s HR systems, reporting, and employee data processes within a stable and internationally recognised organisation. Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records across the HR system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of HR and payroll systems Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes within HR platforms Generate regular HR reports and management information, including headcount, absence, and employee data reporting Manage user access, permissions, and system troubleshooting for HR platforms Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HR processes Ensure HR documentation and records are accurately maintained and compliant Assist with auditing HR data and resolving discrepancies Provide first-line support to employees and managers regarding HR system queries Liaise with external system providers and internal departments including Payroll and IT Candidate Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Administration, HR Systems, or HRIS support role Experience working with HR systems and employee databases Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
