Title: Head of FP&A

Location: London

Salary: £100,000 – £130,000 + Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits

Our client, a highly successful global investment group headquartered in London, is seeking an accomplished and commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead their financial planning and strategic analysis activities. Operating across a diverse and expanding international portfolio, this role will play a key part in driving insight‑led decision‑making at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end FP&A function, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles
• Provide high‑quality financial insight and strategic analysis to support business performance and investment decisions
• Drive robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case evaluations for new ventures and ongoing operations
• Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior stakeholders to shape and challenge commercial strategy
• Oversee management reporting, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and meaningful performance metrics
• Develop and implement continuous improvements across planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team
