Title: Area Business Manager
Location: Yorkshire & East Midlands (Field-Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + sales commissions/bonus + company car & phone + comprehensive benefits package
Our client is a leading multinational Chemicals group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Area Business Manager to develop and grow their Yorkshire & East Midlands territory.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this field-based role will focus on winning new business, managing existing customer relationships, and driving profitable sales growth across the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a designated sales territory, identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to maximise sales and profitability
- Deliver against sales, margin and business growth targets
- Plan and manage customer visits efficiently, maintaining an active pipeline of prospects
- Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for both customers and the business
