We are looking for a talented and experienced Air B&B manager to join our team at Handover Services. As an Air B&B Manager, your role will be overseeing all aspects of our cleaning and Air B&B services which includes our in-house commercial laundry. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training and support to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
As this is a team-oriented, customer-focused role in the cleaning industry, we are looking for candidates with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be required to work 2 weekends a month to accommodate business needs. You must hold a full driving licence.
Objectives of this role:- Overseeing day-to-day operations of our business.
- Managing and supervising staff, including recruitment, training and performance reviews.
- Coordinating with various departments such as our director, admin team and our clients to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Monitoring cleaning stock and identifying strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Maintaining relationships with our clients and suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
- Handling feedback and resolving any issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Complete risk assessments for all members of staff.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met and provide feedback to team members.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is essential with team leader experience.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to give clear instructions and interact with clients and staff.
- Organisation & Time Management: Strong ability to plan workloads, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently achieved.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to resolve operational issues and conflicts within the team or with clients.
- Flexibility: A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to cover staff absences and work 2 weekends per month.
