Handley James are proud to be partnering with a well-established injection moulding manufacturer, renowned for delivering high quality bespoke products. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Process Engineer to further strengthen their manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a well-established SME and make a real difference to the business.

As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading key automation projects across the injection moulding facility and play a pivotal role in developing their standards and capabilities. You will take full responsibility for:

  • Driving initiatives around automation and advancement of capability
  • Implementing standard work to achieve repeatable processes
  • Managing multiple projects across a multidisciplined team
  • Driving improvement initiatives

An experienced Process Engineer or Improvement Engineer, it is essential that you have experience in Injection Moulding. You will be experienced in implementing and improving automation, automated processes and standardising work. You will be a strong communicator and able to engage cross functional teams. You will be experienced in working for an SME or will have a desire to do so.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established, secure and growing manufacturer in order to further support their progression.
