We have been retained by a key client in the fenestration sector to source and secure an International Business Development Manager.
Our client is a rapidly growing company who are seeking a proactive and innovative sales professional to establish and deliver their international expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an international sales strategy, considering multiple routes to market, including the fabricator sector.
- Drive a more proactive approach to new business development, while maximising potential from existing opportunities.
- Represent the business externally, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new markets globally, supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Work cross functionally within the organisation to achieve alignment and deliver tangible results.
Currently working in a business development or new business sales role, you will bring proven experience within the fenestration, building products, or construction sectors. You will be experienced in technical sales (as opposed to off-the-shelf selling). You will be a confident communicator, proactive in approach, and capable of influencing at all levels. A hands-on strategist, you will be used to being the face of a brand or business in the marketplace. It is vital that you can demonstrate proven new business sales strategies that have driven measurable growth in turnover and profitability.
