We have been retained by an FMCG business based in Manchester to source a Demand Planner to join and strengthen their Supply Chain function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to continue to develop their career to the next level with a well-established and growing Food business. Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will take responsibility for: Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to produce a demand plan. Look at 3-, 6- and 12-month forecasts. Consider and forecast the impact of promotional activity on the plan. Utilise MRP and Anaplan to good effect. Communicate the forecast and demand plan effectively and hold regular ‘demand clinics’ with key stakeholders. Currently a Demand Planner, you will be experienced in working in fast paced environments where forecasts and demand do change. You will be experienced in utilising demand planning tools and will be proven in working, effectively, with multiple stakeholders. Communication skills are key. If you have worked in an environment that is effected by promotional activity, this would be a distinct advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established, secure and growing Food business.
