We have been retained by a Northwest food business to recruit an L&D Coordinator. A family run business which has experienced significant double-digit growth in the past 4 years is now looking to grow and expand further. Looking to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their people team.
Base pay range £33,000 – £38,000 basic salary. Attractive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive the L&D strategy across the different functions and departments.
- Manage a suite of external training providers.
- Conduct a full skills assessment and training plan.
- Support onboarding processes.
An experienced L&D professional, you will be proven in establishing or deploying a learning and development strategy. You will be engaging, organised and approachable. You will be well versed in holding people accountable, working collaboratively and managing multiple priorities.
