We have been retained by a Northwest food business to recruit a Head of Franchise and Retail. A family run business which has experienced significant double-digit growth in the past 4 years is now looking to grow and expand further.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and further develop their Northwest retail operation to ensure consistency of service to customers.
- Develop the retail team.
- Establish and drive the franchise strategy.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business growth.
- Work closely and cohesively with the Head of Sales.
You will have experience of leading retail and franchise business models, ideally within the food sector. Our client is looking for someone innovative, creative and proactive to lead this area of the business. You will be proven in growing both retail and franchise offerings and will have mapped and delivered on a growth strategy. Developing people and leading teams is key.
As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of between Β£65,000 and Β£85,000 as well as an attractive benefits package. You will have the opportunity for future growth in the business and will be rewarded accordingly.
