We're working with a fantastic film company that's looking for a Team Assistant & Archive Coordinator. A varied role at the heart of a busy, collaborative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys keeping things running smoothly across admin, archive support and office operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Book flights and travel for team members
- Coordinate cleaning services, pest control and utilities
- Manage invoicing and shipping logistics
- Provide general administrative support across the team
- Assist with organising and logging artwork into the system
- Manage archive requests to support the primary archivist
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Help with moving and organising crates
- Coordinate the setup and ongoing needs of the new office
- Order supplies, manage installations (such as CCTV) and set up utility apps
- Act as the point of contact for office-related issues and vendors
- Support diary management for the team
- Help schedule meetings, appointments and team events
The ideal candidate will have:
