Job Description

Great opportunity for a highly creative and commercial Talent Acquisition Partner to join this growing advertising agency. Partnering closely with the business, working alongside a wider TA team you will have full responsibility across marketing, events and creative space.

The remit is a real blend of hands on recruitment ( not high volume ) and project work, managing the full recruitment process for the UK and EMEA region. Partnering is key, you will work with leaders up to C-Suite level and be comfortable flexing from managing senior hires through to more junior positions.

The ideal candidate must come from a creative space- ideally with EMEA experience, will have the ability to shape and improve processes quickly, and tackle the project/ strategic work.

They operate a hybrid model, with 3 days in the London office.
