Snr Talent Agent - Digital & Influencer

One of my amazing clients is looking for an experience Senior Talent Agent to join their fast-growing digital & influencer team.

In this role you\’ll join a team of experienced talent agents and managers to secure amazing opportunities for exciting digital talent. Working across brand partnerships, social media & digital campaigns, and a range of commercial opportunities like events and podcasts and personal appearances.

What you\’ll do:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of talent, contributing to a long-lasting career!

• Source and develop new talent

• Build long-term strategies to foster social media growth

• Develop and negotiate brand partnerships and influencer campaigns

• Leverage exisitng and new relationships with brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and more

What we\’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing talent

• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to find and develop talent

• A solid network of brand and agency

• A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing

• Happy to work in an fully office environment
