Overview
We\’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive brand activations and partnership sales for Big Feastival, a leading family, food, drink, and music festival attracting over 70,000 visitors each August Bank Holiday weekend on Alex James\’ Farm in The Cotswolds. The role will also support sales across Taste of London and Hampton Court Palace Festival.

The Role
Handle Recruitment is partnering with our client\’s Arts & Entertainment division, which delivers world-class live experiences celebrating culture, creativity, and community. The division produces some of the UK\’s most iconic festivals and events – including Big Feastival, Taste of London, Hampton Court Palace Festival, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, and Glide at Battersea Power Station.
You\’ll be responsible for maximising revenue and achieving sales targets through stand sales, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and passionate about live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales targets for assigned events
- Source and convert new business through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and CRM records
- Create and pitch compelling brand activation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and event planning
- Manage rebookings, renewals, and client communications
- Support event delivery with on-site presence and client liaison
About You
- Minimum 3 years\’ sales experience, ideally in events or hospitality
- Proven track record in telesales and new business development
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute, customer-focused, and resilient under pressure
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Additional Information
- Some weekend work and travel required across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio (e.g. The Big Feastival)
- Occasional travel for client meetings outside event periods
