Part time Receptionist/Workplace Coordinator needed 3 days per week for a Global Media Business. You will be working Tuesday to Thursday based in their West London office. The role will be based on reception; however, you will be up and about often ensuring the smooth running of the office. The client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate, who will bring energy and first-class customer service to the business. This role is temporary and expected to start July 7th for an estimated 6 months initially with the possibility to be ongoing.
As a priority you will:
- Meet and greet clients and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage facilities related admin
- Help organise office supplies - from IT equipment to keeping the fridge topped up
- Help run events and support wider teams with light admin duties
To be successful you will need:
- Reception or Office Manager or similar experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Media/Creative business exposure would be a plus
