Great interim role until the end of September for a Marketing Operations Specialist. If you have a knack for designing and optimising messaging solutions, and have experience within global entertainment, this role is for you! You’ll work closely with marketers to create high-quality messaging that drives engagement, while making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
- Work with marketers to refine messaging strategies.
- Build and test messaging solutions, ensuring quality throughout.
- Review peer solutions and help prep them for deployment.
- Keep an eye on performance post-launch and tackle any issues.
- Use data insights to refine and improve solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or similar roles.
- Great attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly.
- Strong writing skills for documentation and reporting.
- Experience of Braze & SQL highly desirable.
- Knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app).
