We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Bookkeeper to support the financial operations. If you have a keen interest in the arts, have recently graduated and have some experience in accounts, invoices and want to contribute to a vibrant production environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software with precision.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track expenses.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
- Expense Reporting: Assist in compiling and organizing expense reports.
- Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
